Our very special guest on Episode 7 is Ian Wells, Chief Financial Officer of powerhouse company, Fortescue Metals Group. In this episode we look at the sensational journey of a guy that grew up in the country town of Quairading in Western Australia's wheatbelt. Ian thrived on being part of this tight knit community and learnt the importance of family, hard work, being true to himself and the rewards of being part of a team. After achieving a lengthy and very solid career foundation across different large business models, Ian joined Fortescue in 2010 as Group Manager Funding, Treasury and Business Planning and has grown with this business to be an integral part of the Executive Team and the phenomenal global force that it is today.
