In life there are givers and receivers. Givers need to stop being the go-to person for people you can't go to. And receivers need to understand that when a giver no longer wants to give, it is more about them and not personal against you. We all struggle as adults to navigate adult human relationships, but as people grow in their truth we have to support them making that choice. Instead of punishing them for being strong and courageous to do something that we are not doing ourselves.
