Mo and Stacy have the honour of discussing imposter syndrome with Engineering Manager Raph Estrada. They discover that this phenomenon is more complex than people think and discuss how we should always try to dive in further when we feel the emotions surrounding it.

In true FBP style the girls learn about something unexpected; the Dunning-Kruger effect. There are two sides of imposter syndrome, and they both attribute to being over or under confident with whatever you’re doing whether it’s software engineering, dentistry or sports.
