In Lakeland, we learn how minor etiquette violations can lead to a kerfuffle. We also pay a visit to Clearwater and Tallahassee, where protesters are exercising their rights and their bodies. Next, we plant our freak flag in Cudjoe Key, where a couple of criminals show off their many pieces of flair (or is it "flare?"). And finally, we'll head back to Polk County and Avon Park, where one Florida freak blames the heat for his need to expose his bathing suit area.
