Think about your all-time favorite dessert. Perhaps it's an ooey-gooey double-chocolate brownie or maybe a luscious piece of red velvet cake. Sira Garib is the Founder of Pure Vegan Cakes in West Palm Beach. Her clients range from vegans to non-vegans, but she specializes in customized cakes and desserts for people with extreme dietary restrictions. She tells Gerard how it took her eight months to perfect vegan cake baking. Sira also shares how growing up in Brooklyn inspired her to bake vegan Italian rainbow cookies (Pure Vegan Cakes is the ONLY bakery in South Florida that makes this classic Italian treat, vegan style).
