Jyoti Jashnani has been a bright person from the time she recollects. Suddenly, she started feeling low and found it challenging to keep up with her family's expectations. (she realised the stress of any kind was not good for her and that her pain aggravated during stress)
There was a turning point in her life when she figured out that she had been dealing with fibromyalgia for a very long time. That's when she took action. What encouraged her to write a book was a Doctor who gave Jyoti 2 options for life.

  • take painkillers and antidepressant pills as long as she survives
  • deal with the pain.

It was very disappointing for Jyoti to know that there was no cure. And then there were only 2 options for her. First, set a good example or second, weep day in and day out with her condition. She chooses the first option.

Being in the alternative medical field, she knew that painkillers were not reducing her pain but just shopping the pain signal to reach her brain. She took a step and stopped her painkillers.
She believes that everything is operated through the brain, and if the brain is tuned well, it will act on the instructions given. She stopped crying and realised that crying would only make her condition worse.
