Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to IBM SH toastmaster’s club radio. This is Alice Zhou. I’m very honored to present you a P4 speech from David Cheng.
David is one of our active members; he’s completed four speeches within half a year and now is working on his fifth one. I’m always impressed by his fresh ideas and persistence.
Today as usual, let me introduce you the objectives of P4 speech. In Project 4, we need to select the right words and sentence structure to communicate your ideas clearly. We need to use rhetorical devices to enhance and emphasize ideas and eliminate jargon and unnecessary words.
