“Why do bad things happen to good people?” We’ve heard this question asked in different ways for years on end. Sometimes people ask this as a way to question the existence of God. It’s a legitimate question to ask, however. If God loves us, why does he let tragic things happen to His children? See, God created us in His own image, but He intentionally separated us from being able to understand things on His level. He even told Moses that merely a glimpse of God is enough to kill us.
