I once heard a quotation that stated, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.”

I truly believe that true happiness ― joy ― can only be achieved through contribution. By giving something of great value to others without expecting anything in return.

Even when we know this, however, it can still be difficult to know wholeheartedly just what that gift is that we must give away, and who would most benefit from receiving it.

In Episode 002: What’s Your Purpose?, we propose some important questions about how we can know our true purpose, and how we can stay encouraged to fulfill it even through the most trying of challenges.
