Thomas Kimbriel is a retired law enforcement officer and part time instructor at Texas Southmost College in Brownsville, TX. Thomas has developed a set of protocols to produce fingerprint identifications in decedents in very late stages of decomposition using macrophotography. Join us as we discuss the importance of using fingerprints to help identify missing persons and disaster victims.
