Athletes have a deeper need for structure, routine, and time management. Today I want to explore something that has come back to bite me throughout the years, my ever complicated relationship with time and control:

-The catch 22 of wanting more time back since I have it available to me

-Being adverse to feeling constrained by our time, what are ways we can feel more in control of our day to day

-Scouting reports, boundaries, the role of the game plan while balancing staying flexible to what is

-It’s important to not be adverse to making adjustments as necessary

The Forever Athlete Beyond Sports bootcamp was designed for you to not only increase your awareness around your strengths/tendencies as an athlete, but provide actionable steps and accountable support for getting the support you need after life. Truthfully, that’s what the Forever Athlete Brand is really all about.
