Suppose you’re a realtor in Lake Worth, and you specialize in the areas in and around the Lake Worth, Azle, Aledo, Weatherford. You're wanting to reach first-time home buyers in upper middle-income neighborhoods with Household Incomes (HHI) above $150,000 per year. If we pull zip codes in those areas (76135, 76108) on Facebook, we find 22,000 people that we can reach on Facebook. But when we add the behavior of “Likely to move” we narrow that target down to 7,600 people. Then target only First Time Home Buyers (FB Option is demographics-> Home-> Home Ownership). Yes, Facebook has this as a targeting option! Add in Demographics-> Financial -> Income -> to $100k-200k, our audience comes down to 4800, That’s 4800 people that are going to get offered my First Time Homebuyer resource for free!
