Shahin Shabani tröttnade på att tjejerna i hans närområde inte hade samma möjlighet att spela fotboll som killarna. Samtidigt såg han möjligheten att ge ungdomarna någonting att göra på helgerna. Sedan startade han, tillsammans med sin bror, Parsian IF och idag består föreningen av ett killag och ett tjejlag.
