The Supreme Court is poised to consider President Trump’s argument that his prosecution should be barred by the doctrine of presidential immunity. Plus, the Supreme Court has announced that it will decide a tremendously important case with huge implications for special counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution of President Trump on the bogus charges related to January 6th and so-called election interference. It looks to me like there is a very good chance that the Court will rule that one of the statutes at the heart of the prosecution of President Trump can’t be used to criminalize conduct related to the events on January 6th at the Capitol.

Then, in our deep dive segment, Israel’s war to destroy Hamas and save Western civilization continues. But is the United States doing enough to support Israel and counter the threat posed by Hamas and its Iranian overlords? The answer is no. It is time for the United States to step up and take real, meaningful action to support Israel and oppose Hamas and Iran.
