In this episode, the ladies will discuss being present in every moment. It’s important to be present and show up authentically as YOU. Are you being pulled in many different directions, is there always someone expecting you to show up, and are you having to do many roles (i.e., mom, wife, sibling, etc.)? Please take a moment to pause! How can you show up as your authentic self if you haven’t been able to truly fill your cup? What do you enjoy doing?
Take a moment to stop and pause. Check in with yourself and assess what you’re feeling and assess what is the reason you’re doing what you are doing. Remember you are not meant to be like other people; your story, your walk is not like anyone else. Continue to be present in every moment by walking in your authenticity, giving yourself grace, and celebrating the small wins! YOU GOT THIS!
