In this episode, the ladies will discuss Resting in the Wait! To rest in the wait is about finding peace and purpose in the midst of waiting. Life often presents us with periods of uncertainty, transition, and anticipation, where we find ourselves in a state of waiting for something to unfold or manifest. Instead of viewing waiting as a passive or frustrating experience, let’s explore the power of embracing stillness, cultivating patience, and finding moments of rest and renewal in the wait.
A few ways to rest in the wait:
Art of surrender - to surrender is to let go of control during seasons of waiting. It is important to release attachment to outcomes and trust in God’s timing, even when the path forward is unclear.
Finding peace in stillness - exploring practices and techniques for finding peace and serenity amongst the uncertainty of waiting.
Nurturing self-care - self-care is significant during times of uncertainty. It is important to prioritize self-care and incorporate practices that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
