On May 23rd, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled, and declared by Clarence Thomas, that the Federal Courts can no longer review evidence to help overturn convictions where inadequate legal representation was present. This would mean the number of innocent going to prison will increase. Innocent people will suffer at the hands of lame ass representation. This is something that will greatly affect black communities and others who have a history of being failed by the justice system. Tune in!!
