[00;42;00] Prerequisite for this move is the basic stall. [00;44;14] Beginners usually place their elbows too high. [00;47;13] Place your elbow low into your pelvis. [00;50;05] And more towards the center of your hips. [00;54;00] Practice stalling on one hand. [00;58;10] Using a beany will help to reduce the friction. [01;00;08] Get into your stall [01;01;16] stalling hand facing backwards. [01;03;00] You rotate around your hand leaving it in place. [01;05;15] After the first 180 degrees your hand will remain facing forwards. [01;09;07] Wind-up and use your toes to help push off. [01;15;08] Use your non-stalling hand for energey and as a crutch.
