Barbie is the original idol, the plastic queen controversy. Join me in this Let’s be friends bonus episode about the history of Barbie, controversy that has followed her and how she helped shape our plastic world today.

In this episode I talk about the subliminal messages behind the new Barbie movie uncovering the propaganda woven into it. Turns out the storyline of the movie parallels another familiar narrative which takes us somewhere over the rainbow: The Wizard of Oz. I also go into detail on The Wizard of Oz movie, the occult meaning behind it and how it can be used in tangent with mind programming.

I discuss all the angels of Barbie, like how she promoted an unattainable body standard to young women, helped create gender stereotypes and programming into vulnerable minds. I also share my happy memories playing with Barbie as a little girl myself, but at the same time questioning that maybe life in plastic isn't so fantastic?
