As for the Cowboy Perspective Podcast… He says that most of the things he is confident in today stem from the things he learned and continues to learn from the cowboys and cowgirls in his life. The Cowboy Perspective is his way of telling that story in hopes of being a resource to others.
Neil and I discuss how you can deploy grit, determination, humility, and faith daily. We discuss some of the leadership lessons that he has learned in his life and career. Neil goes on to tell me about some of the lessons that he has learned from his wife and daughters, as well as the lessons he hopes he has imparted on them in return. This is a great conversation that is packed with wisdom from a cowboy’s perspective.
