On today’s podcast, I interview Stephanie Taylor, co-founder of Rent 2 Rent Success and HMO Heaven, a property training company that help their clients escape the 9-5 and create a profitable property business with little time and little money.
Stephanie was a young single mum, pregnant at 18, and now realises that shame held her back all her life. She tells us her story of how she lived on benefits, studied towards her degrees, brought up her son and then created a successful business that gives back.
She tells us that whilst she was working in employment, her mum got very ill and she wasn’t able to be there for her. This spurred her into setting up her business and since 2016, Stephanie has built a business based on recurring income that turns over more per month than she used to earn in a year.
Stephanie also shares with us her experiences of being a black, female business owner and how she overcame numerous struggles to build a successful company.
