New York's Hummus Hunk took his family's 40-year old secret recipe and built a livelihood out of chickpeas. All in an effort to give back to his parents. From importing the ingredients from Israel to waking up at 3am to make it, Ohad crafted high-end unrivaled chickpea spread. Ohad now manages a 12-person team and Hummus Joonam can be found in a dozen supermarkets and very soon in Whole Foods.
