When he was 12 years old, Andrew Barrocas was making a thousand dollars a day, shoveling snow. At 16, he made $50,000 in one summer driving a good humor ice cream truck. In his first year out of college, he made $175,000 renting apartments. He eventually went on to launch MNS Real Estate.
