I haven't shared this personal experience with anyone outside of my very close circle, and not for any other reason except until now; it hadn't felt necessary. Now, I can share, talk about it, and use my experience to help others discover they have independence from their history. They don't need to cancel, erase, remove, change anything to affect their mood, feelings, etc. It is all from them.

Not talking about it in the early years protected me from all of the emotional pain I experienced daily. I had an endometrioma the size of a large grapefruit. It made me look pregnant; people asked me about it a lot. They asked if I were pregnant, and I knew I might never have a child. I fought with the world, what was happening to me...until that moment in Starbucks and I recognized who I Am.
