In this episode of the ‘On The Move’ series Teodora Serafimova, Research Associate at the Transport Area of the Florence School of Regulation, is joined by Delphine Grandsart, Senior Researcher at the European Passengers’ Federation, an international non-profit association representing Europe’s major passenger organisations and the interests of travellers at the EU level.
