It’s pumpkin spice season. It’s sweater weather…well it might be if we didn’t have global warming. Fall is here and winter is coming. Along with the shorter days and cooler air comes the possibility of experiencing SAD. SAD is seasonal affective disorder. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that's related to changes in seasons and if you're like most people with SAD, you may be feeling slow and moody. Before the feelings sink all the way in, we’re going to share some tips on how to beat SAD.
