It’s so funny, you’d think as a woman, femininity would come naturally. And yet, so many of us struggle to connect with our feminine essence.

I know I have and I still have to remind myself quite a bit to get out of my task driven modes as a Mom and get back to that powerful and playful nature that is at my core.

With what feels like 50 million things pulling at us and needing to be done, it’s no wonder that we have a hard time finding that beautiful and powerful part of us and letting it out. Not to mention how being that “girly” girl has come with a bad rap.

What’s amazing is that when we tap into our feminine essence we actually get more out of life and do it in a way that brings the fun back.

There is so much to bringing out this side of us, I’m sticking to the 5 core elements that will help you embody all of it!

*Power

*Creativity

*Playfulness

*Storms

*Connection

When we fully embrace the feminine side of our nature, life becomes fulfilling on a whole new level!
