Now more than ever, there is an emphasis on creating change and that all begins with good leadership.

He has worked with organizations like the American Red Cross, the Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit and Washington, and the center for Workforce Inclusion. Don is the current co-founder and CEO of the Initiative Baltimore, a professional leadership consultant, and the host of the leadership and Professional Development podcast with Don Gatewood.
