Zade Al-Salim, from The Yard Peckham, and Mark Leruste, from The Unconventionalists, somehow decided that recording their weekly chats was a good idea. Both decided to ditch their steady jobs to start their own business. Turns out, "chase your dreams" isn't all that it was made up to be. In each episode, the two bearded folk meet up in Peckham, London and dive into deep, honest and raw conversations about what it's really like to quit your job and start your own business. And probably wished they hadn't press record in the first place. Please direct all hate mail to Zade (https://twitter.com/zsgsas) and all fan mail to Mark(https://twitter.com/markleruste).
