Then listen to the story of Milan Vručinić a senior consultant at Accenture, London, a fortune 500 company with revenues of $43.2 billion in 2019 and had 492,000 employees, serving clients in more than 120 countries. His life started in Lušci Palanka, in a small village in north-eastern Bosnia & Herzegovina. He graduated as the best student of his generation at the Faculty of Science, University of Banja Luka. He was continually involved in extracurricular activities, from CIVITAS during high school, through which he raised awareness about different social challenges. He led workshops and achieved many results through his social engagement. During his undergraduate studies, he actively worked on different opportunities for students through IAESTE and other associations. He completed his master studies at the University of Utrecht and received a scholarship at Cambridge University where he completed his PhD in Physics. Despite the demanding study programmes he pursued, he connected with people and organisations, and created new networks like the Cambridge Yugosphere Society.
His goal has always been to contribute to transformation and positive impact, which is why he changed his academic career path for the corporate world. He shares his life journey and delves into advice for everyone around the world when it comes to questions on mastering the art of change, career transition balancing IQ, EQ with TQ and persuasion.
