What does it take to succeed in a large multinational corporation? What are the characteristics of a good leader and what are the differences between coaching, mentoring and leading? Find out from Lejla Seperovic. She was born in Germany and has lived for a long time in Sydney, Australia but her roots in Travnik, Bosnia & Herzegovina ensured she never forgot where she is from. Lejla Seperovic is the senior director for training and adoption at SAP for Americas and Asia, the largest non-American software company by revenue.

She has has held various roles at SAP over the last 20 years including Business Development Manager, Strategic Program Manager and Management accountant. In addition, she is a practicing solution focussed coach at SAP and a certified Gallup strengths coach. The teams reporting to her are spread across multiple locations in Brazil, Mexico, North America, Canada, India, China, Singapore, Korea, Japan, and Australia.

Lejla is also the chair of the Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation Ambassador Program and philanthropy plays a big part in her life.
