We call Tove Dahlgren, the Acting CEO of AllBright, a non-profit based in Stockholm, Sweden, to chat about gender and diversity within the senior tranches of the Swedish corporate sector. Listen in as we discuss "naming and shaming" companies, campaigns on university campuses, and the trends and challenges of working towards a more equal, diverse and creative business culture. We also spend some time reminiscing about formative pieces of work that have been influential in our lives.
