His next venture was FreshMinds Talent which, as before, he launched grew and exited over 12 years, while simultaneously cofounding FreshNetworks where he developed social strategy and data analytics for leading brands over six years. Osmond was also a member of the business advisory board for British Airways for nearly three years.
