Originally from Kew North Caicos, 5th generation Turks and Caicos Islander. His family originally survived on the island by farming with slash and burn. He has been farming the modern way for 35 years. In the past they had to wait on seasonal rain but today the technology means they don't have to. Courtney articulates the farming approach over the years in Turks and Caicos.
