GALE FORCE WINS was born during the global pandemic, where the only goal to
start was to create a podcast that featured positive and uplifting conversations with
business leaders and change-makers to INSPIRE. This episode contains a short introduction to our third anniversary episode recorded in early October 2023 in Turks and Caicos followed by a brainstorming chat about what Gale Force Wins might look like in the future. Recorded November 25th, 2020, twelve days before our first episode was published on December 6th, 2020.
Our story continues to unfold as companies and organizations begin taking notice and hiring us to create content for them.
GALE FORCE WINS has expanded, and in addition to our well-known podcast, we are now a
media company producing content for companies to tell their people-centric stories and
help them win with employees and consumers.

Gale Force Wins started out simply as an inspirational podcast releasing episodes wherever you get your podcasts every Tuesday evening. We continue to do that every Tuesday but have expanded into custom content for clients. We also have perfected a conference and trade show offering where you can receive over 20 videos edited and posted to social media at the same time the event is unfolding.
