Question: Have you heard of a guy in the Bible named Nehemiah? His story is found in the Old Testament, in the book of Nehemiah. I find his story so fascinating! He's a guy who heard some really disturbing news, which moved him into a response of prayer and action. He set out on a mission to invest himself in a project because he was moved by the need of his day. I wonder if we could do the same! In today's world, volunteering is not a new concept, but sometimes we just don't know where to start or what to do. This episodes and the next will express ways listeners can also take a heart posture like Nehemiah in order to invest in something bigger than themselves.
