I sit down with Coach Matt Carroll, head Boys Soccer Coach and assistant Softball Coach at New Egypt High School. Coach Carroll is a young coach with a lot of passion who is building a program based on values, character, and culture (he's also a former student, co-worker, and current neighbor). We get into building culture; developing a feeder system in the district; growing continuously as a coach; and finding balance among teaching, coaching, and family.
