For this week’s episode of Geekorama, we’re talking about how superheroes would act if they had to participate in trick or treating. It’s all about costumes and treats (or tricks)!

Pop-Culture Trivia - John Carpenter’s Halloween: Trivia

In 2008, takings that would be the equivalent of $150 million, making 'Halloween' one of the most successful independent films of all time. John Carpenter considered the hiring of Jamie Lee Curtis as the ultimate tribute to Alfred Hitchcock who had given her mother, Janet Leigh, legendary status in Psycho (1960).

Halloween was shot in 20 days in the spring of 1978.

GEEK OUTS

Trish - Paranormal Women’s Fiction. A sub genre of PNR, this focuses on women over fourty in fun, realistic and wonderful ways.

Jeremy - One Cut of the Dead. The Most Meta Meta of all Metaing. It’s a comedy, disguised as art, disguised as a zombie film. It’s amazing for anybody who loves zombie films and smart plots that defy your expectations.

Deep Dive -

You’re going trick or treating (cause it’s not 2020) which hero hands out the best candy? Whose house do you avoid? Any many more...
