We all tend to sabotage ourselves in subtle little ways. But it’s so hard to stop, especially when you may not even know you’re doing it.
Brian Grasso joined us to tell us about the three things we can all do to stop limiting ourselves.
#1: Count Your Wins
At the end of each day, make note of what your wins were. This is harder than it sounds, because we tend to focus more on our failures than on our successes. Turn that focus to the things that went right. And write it down!
#2: Prepare for Tomorrow
Wake up prepared to execute, not to consider. At the end of each day make sure you know what you are going to be doing the next day. Right now you might be having the problem of being busy, but not so productive. When you plan your tasks and goals the night before, you’ll wake up ready to do!
#3: Create Your Inspiration Statements
Businesses have ethos that guide them. There’s no reason you should be any different. Your goals for the day need to be driven by your perspective and your inspiration. What’s driving you at any given moment? That’s your inspiration, and it will morph over time. Again, write this down daily!
