A global impact is created by doing small things, done together. To fight global issues and make a difference, you first need to build communities. This is how Benny Tran was able to make things happen and use his capabilities to benefit the world. Wow! How did he manage to pull this off?

Benny Tran, EVP of Corporate Strategy and Operations at the Los Angeles Football Club, is a success in the sports industry. Before this, he started his career by trying his luck to get a job and eventually landed one in the Clinton Foundation, one of the biggest nonprofit organizations in the United States.

Benny didn’t grow up with money and prosperity. His prime motive for success is to provide a better life for his family in the years to come. In high school, he opted to learn Arabic as a ticket to having a solid college application. Understanding other cultures expanded his attention to political and global issues. He found his purpose in helping others in dire situations. For this purpose, he joined the Clinton Foundation and contributed to the fight against HIV/AIDS. Now he has built a community through a sports team. He made sure that his actions would impact other people’s lives.
