After reading Liz Wiseman’s book Impact Players: How to Take the Lead, Play Bigger, and Multiply Your Impact, host Blake Chapman was inspired to improve his performance at work. In today’s episode, Blake dives deep into how to become an impactful leader.

While it is important for all leaders to get the job done, be easy to work with and maintain integrity, Blake explains that true impactful leadership is the ability to say yes. Rather than being intimidated by ambiguous and unfamiliar situations, impact leaders are ready to tackle them head on. Being able to get outside of your comfort zone not only reveals valuable information to your company, but it also accelerates your growth as a leader.

Tune into this week’s episode of The G.E.M Series to learn more about the difference between a worker and a leader, the importance of saying yes, and what characteristics you need to master to make the biggest impacts in your workplace and life.
