In this episode, Pastor Bob and Pastor Phil lay the foundation for a new series where we will talk about mental health. If you've ever struggled with mental health, or if you are currently struggling, you are certainly not alone. God does not want us to become prisoners to bad mental health practices. He offers us His Word, along with additional resources, and we discuss how those things can work together to aid us and equip us for victory over our struggles.
ABOUT THIS SERIES:
Depending on who you talk to, mental health and the Bible can sometimes appear as enemies. We know that God intends for us to take care of our bodies, and that includes our brain health. In this series, we will discuss the topic of mental health as it relates to the truth that we find in scripture. We will seek to understand some of the mental health issues that impact us and how we might use the resources available to take steps toward healing.
