We're discussing V's favourite technique for telling your story without it being draining. Cause we all have issues. We all have a story that has led us to the point we're at. We're all still on a journey. It may be beautiful, it may be painful, it probably is raw. Art is very good at helping unload that weight. But it's not necessarily easy to do.
