Things happen in life that we have no control over. But what we do have control over is how we deal with them. We can let what happened to us destroy us and keep us stuck in the victim mentality or we can take back our life, confront what's happened, work on healing ourselves and then find a way to make the best life possible for ourselves.

Co-Host Tiffany Armstrong

Tiffany Armstrong is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and dealt with physical and verbal abuse throughout two marriages. At the age of 20, she survived an attack that took place in a home with her friends, who all froze with fear of the intruder. Tiffany fought back using the only three self-defense moves she knew.

Without mastering a few simple self-defense skills, and the mindset to overcome the fear of an attack, Tiffany may not be here today. But she is, and she’s on a mission to educate and empower women to have peace of mind in avoiding and handling a physical attack, to live without fear of an attack on themselves or their children, and to walk strong everywhere they go.

Tiffany is committed to helping women find their voice. With two second-degree black belts and more than 19 years of experience teaching street-smart self-defense to over 60,000 women at seminars, corporations and schools, Tiffany strongly believes in the importance of preparedness using two facets of self-defense not often taught together: technique and mindset. These are the foundation of how she educates women.
