Andrew had a long and successful career in the NRL starting with the Parramatta Eels followed by the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs where he became the captain and leader of this proud club. I was privileged to personally work with Andrew at the start of his NRL journey and absolutely loved this chat. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I did recording. Andrew shares valuable leadership lessons, experiences of making it to the top after having no junior representative experience growing up in the country town of Dubbo, the ups and downs of moving to the city to give it a crack and how much gratitude he feels to those who helped him. Andrew won premierships 🏆, won state of origin series with the NSW blues and won test matches for his country. He has learned from many great coaches, he now takes those lessons with him to pass on. Post career he still gives himself to the game he loves. He’s coached at various levels and mentored many. At the time of recording he has a leadership role with his old club the Bulldogs.
