In this episode we try and change the thought process of finding this challenging to seeing it as an opportunity . Wayne Bennett once instilled it in me with the words “ if you tolerate it, it’s your fault” . This short episode is designed to create some thoughts around this topic, share some stories that may help you or someone else on their leadership journey.
