In this episode of Getting Real with John Natale, John walks you through how to execute a perfect buyers consultation now that we are less than a month away from the NAR Settlement going into effect.
In one of John's most popular episodes earlier this year, John walked through the buyer consultation that he implements however this episode is the exact guide for navigating in the post NAR Settlement world.
Buyers will have to sign an agreement with an agent in order to view homes. Or they can choose to go unrepresented.
Buyers will view buyers agents as they do listing agents.
Buyers may be "on the hook" directly for the commission for the agent they are hiring.
