Ghost Story – Gettysburg

Listen to Rebecca tell a ghost story inspired by her research into the sightings at Gettysburg. Battles leave a mark that can show up when least expected.

History of Gettysburg

Pat tells the history of the legend of Gettysburg. First he reviews the history of the town itself and then dives into the battle. General Lee hoped to invade the North and was heading across the Potomac when he ran into Union troops. The three day battle that ensued was one of the bloodiest of the war.

The Debate

Rebecca has five ghost sightings to debate, including two videos (see links in source list below). From a vivid surgery scene at Gettysburg College, a haunting voice in the woods, to a hippie in a field, the ghost stories at Gettysburg are wide-ranging. But will any of them convince Pat?
