The idea of attachment theory has been thrown around for AGES. Most people tend to fall into one of four attachment types: anxious, avoidant, secure, and a new addition to the theory, disorganized. You can categorize yourself into one or a few attachment types based on your romantic relationships, friendships, working relationships & more. Still, the real question is: has attachment theory gone too far?

Today, we are discussing each attachment type and its characteristics and answering the question: how far can one go with blaming their negative actions on their attachment type? And what will it take for these individuals to recognize the faults in their attachment type and learn to improve themselves?

Of course, before we get into the attachment theory chat, we gotta keep the show a little silly and talk about some topics that come to mind, such as shitting, Panera’s deadly charged lemonade, Gag City, cult documentaries, and WAY more.
