In this first podcast senior editor Alan Alexandroff interviews Henry Farrell, Associate Professor of Political Science at George Washington University and occasional blogger at the 'Monkey Cage' at The Washington Post. Alan raises questions around what he and Henry refer to as global 'green lanternism' - the exercise, or not, of US power in the global order and its consequences.
